W3Global in Newark, NJ seeks a Senior Operations Manager to report to the COO and own day-to-day plant-floor operations across three poultry facilities and a frozen warehouse. You will observe, coach supervisors, and remove bottlenecks while driving throughput, cost control, and compliance.

The role requires hands-on experience in USDA-inspected plants, building production teams, leading audits (SQF and third-party), and partnering with maintenance.

The Company

A three-generation, family-run poultry processor in New Jersey, producing all-natural chicken nuggets, tenders, and patties for major national retail customers. It's a fast-growing, USDA-inspected operation with three production facilities (two in Newark, one in Linden) and a frozen distribution warehouse.

The role

You'll be the right hand to the COO, with real authority to improve operations. Expect to be on the floor every day: observing, coaching supervisors, spotting bottlenecks, and making improvements that stick.
