• Experience developing, coaching, and leading operational and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily operational activities to ensure efficient, consistent, and high-quality execution.
• Implement Lean or Six Sigma methodologies to improve workflow efficiency, reduce waste, and scale throughput.
• Partner with executive leadership to develop long-term operational strategies, budgets, and KPIs.
• Supervise, mentor, and build accountability across multi-layered departmental teams.
• Partner with Senior leadership and departments to achieve organizational goals.
