Job summary

You will implement Lean/Six Sigma, partner with executives on budgets and KPIs, mentor multi-layered teams, and collaborate with Finance, HR, Sales, R&D, and Product Management to meet strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Experience leading manufacturing operations within a complex production environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily manufacturing operations to ensure efficient, high-quality execution.
• Implement Lean or Six Sigma to improve workflow, reduce waste, and scale throughput.
• Partner with executives to develop long-term operations strategy, budgets, and KPIs.
• Supervise, mentor, and build accountable, high-performing teams across multiple departments.
• Collaborate with Finance, HR, Sales, Customer Service, R&D and Product Management to achieve goals.
