Job summary

Molex, a Koch company, seeks a Senior Operations Manager to lead daily operations, drive efficiency, and scale throughput at our Irving, Texas facility. You will translate business goals into actionable plans, build high-performing teams, and use data to improve quality and profitability.

The role requires hands-on leadership, Lean/Six Sigma expertise, and collaboration with Finance, HR, Sales, and R&D to meet growth targets and KPIs. A bachelor’s degree in a related field is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience leading manufacturing operations within a complex production environment.
• Experience scaling a facility in a rapid growth environment.
• Experience working effectively with global teams across different cultures and geographic locations.
• Experience developing, coaching, and leading operational, and technical teams.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, Business, or related field; or equivalent operations leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily operational activities to ensure efficient, consistent, and high-quality execution.
• Implement Lean or Six Sigma methodologies to improve workflow efficiency, reduce waste, and scale throughput.
• Partner with executive leadership to develop long-term operational strategies, budgets, and performance-driven metrics (KPIs).
• Supervise, mentor, and build accountability across multi-layered departmental teams.
• Partner with Senior leadership and departments such as Finance, HR, Sales, Customer Service, R&D, and product management to achieve organizational goals.
