Job summary

Axion Recruitment Limited is seeking a Plant Manager in Hammond, IN to oversee all site operations, including Production, Maintenance, Safety, CI, Finance and HR. This senior leadership role drives performance, develops teams and delivers safe, efficient, and cost-effective manufacturing operations.

You will lead daily manufacturing and facility operations, maximize output and profitability, and guide Lean Six Sigma and 5S initiatives to reduce waste and control costs.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of manufacturing experience.
• 5–7 years of manufacturing leadership experience.
• Plant operations and team-management experience.
• Knowledge of production, maintenance, safety and financial principles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management or a related field preferred.
• Lean Six Sigma and 5S experience preferred.
