Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of manufacturing leadership experience in large-scale assembly or production facility.
• Proven success in lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and cross‑functional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily plant operations to meet production targets, quality standards, cost objectives, and delivery schedules.
• Ensure all activities comply with safety policies, environmental regulations, and industry standards.
• Oversee manufacturing processes for vehicle assembly across multiple areas.
• Manage plant leadership team including production, engineering, maintenance, and materials.
• Drive lean initiatives and continuous improvement using Six Sigma and problem solving.
• Develop and manage the plant budget including labor planning and capex.
• Partner with supply chain to ensure material availability and optimize inventory.
• Collaborate with HR for workforce planning and training.
• Build a safety‑focused culture and represent the plant in audits and reviews.
