• Strong knowledge of SQF, GMP, HACCP, and food safety regulations.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage operations, and drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily plant and warehouse teams to achieve operational goals.
• Hire, train, develop, and evaluate key team members.
• Maintain a cohesive team environment with open communication and collaboration.
• Manage daily plant and warehouse operations including production, maintenance, QA, engineering, safety, and supply chain.
• Ensure compliance with SQF, GMP, HACCP, and sanitation guidelines; maintain OSHA compliance.
• Drive a strong food safety culture through training and audits; lead continuous improvement initiatives.
