Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years’ experience in the food and beverage manufacturing industry.
• Six Sigma/Lean manufacturing.
• Strong communication, organizational skills, and team-building skills.
• Ability to lead, coach, and engage a diverse production team.

Responsibilities

• Schedule production staff to ensure proper coverage.
• Evaluate and optimize production processes to reduce downtime and improve efficiency.
• Enforce health and safety standards and regulatory compliance.
• Allocate resources for the production department.
• Maintain and execute production schedules to meet client demands and delivery dates.
• Ensure finished products meet quality standards via quality control programs.
• Supervise, train, and mentor staff to promote continuous improvement.
• Monitor and report key performance indicators to management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet goals and enhance plant performance.
