• 10+ years of work experience in a construction materials environment.
• 5+ years of management experience required.
• Knowledge of construction materials, HMA and aggregates.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct and supervise plant workers for aggregates, HMA, and related materials.
• Estimate material costs from plans for quotes.
• Set manpower, inventory, equipment, and schedules for optimal operation.
• Develop and manage P&L budgets for material operations.
