Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mining, Mechanical, Civil) or equivalent work experience preferred.
• 5+ years work experience in a construction materials environment.
• 2+ years management experience.
• Proven knowledge of construction materials business and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct and supervise plant workers involved in mining, processing, stockpiling, loading and distribution of aggregates to maximize profitability.
• Estimate material costs and read plans to ensure accurate quotes.
• Determine manpower, inventory, equipment, and schedules to keep the plant running efficiently.
• Develop and manage P&L budgets for material operations to meet corporate goals.
• Lead weekly safety meetings to uphold corporate safety standards.
