Job summary

Martin Marietta seeks a Plant Manager II to lead an aggregate production facility (crushed stone, sand, gravel). You will drive operational excellence, meet production, quality and financial goals, and champion the Guardian Angel safety culture across a diverse workforce.

You will oversee pit development through load-out, manage multi-site operations, and direct budgeting, CAPEX, and maintenance programs to maximize efficiency and product quality.

Qualifications

• MSHA compliance and regulations.
• Knowledgeable of aggregate processing equipment and pit design.
• Experience with maintenance of mobile processing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee crushing, washing, and screening operations.
• Develop and execute mining plans, including stripping and reclamation.
• Manage plant operating budget and CAPEX projects.
• Direct supervision and mentoring of production staff.
