Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Aggregate Operations, with at least 3 years in a Supervisory or Management capacity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enforce MSHA and company safety regulations.
• Oversee daily crushing and screening operations.
• Manage the plant's operating budget and costs.
• Supervise a team of production supervisors and staff.
• Conduct annual performance reviews and manage labor relations.
