Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent; technical training or coursework in maintenance preferred.
• 5+ years related experience in heavy-duty maintenance or related field.
• Strong understanding of safety standards (MSHA/OSHA) and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Performs preventive maintenance and repairs on plant equipment to minimize downtime.
• Inspects, troubleshoots, and repairs stationary and mechanical systems (conveyors, pumps, gearboxes).
• Maintains maintenance records and coordinates with supervisors and vendors.
• Trains colleagues on best maintenance practices and safety protocols.
