Qualifications

• Strong working knowledge of crushing and screening plants.

Responsibilities

• Lead all fixed-plant and mobile equipment maintenance activities.
• Develop and execute preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and welding issues.

Skills

Maintenance experience in aggregates, mining, cement, or heavy industrial environments

Supervisory or management experience leading maintenance teams

Knowledge of crushing and screening plants

Experience with MSHA regulations

Ability to read mechanical drawings and schematics
