Imperium Global is seeking an Assistant Plant Manager to serve as the number two leader at our high-volume quarry operation, the largest site in our network.

You’ll work alongside an experienced Plant Manager, overseeing maintenance, field operations, and leadership development with clear paths to greater responsibility.

This hands-on, blue-collar role rewards problem-solving, safety and reliability, with daily hands-on leadership and opportunities to advance within the company.

Qualifications

• Leadership in maintenance or operations with hands-on field experience.
• Experience supervising small teams.
• Strong focus on uptime, reliability and safety.
• Welding, fabrication or industrial maintenance background.
• Operational mindset over purely administrative work.

Responsibilities

• Serve as second-in-command at a large-scale quarry operation.
• Lead and coordinate maintenance activities across the site.

• Act as site leader during extended shifts and in the Plant Manager's absence.
• Drive production efficiency, uptime, reliability and overall operations performance.
• Participate actively in major repairs and maintenance projects.
