Heidelberg Materials NE LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to oversee and perform maintenance across multiple ready-mix plant locations in the Pittsburgh area. You will diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical issues and coordinate preventative maintenance to minimize downtime.

Role requires a strong commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and proactive problem-solving. The position includes comprehensive benefits and a competitive hourly wage.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and repair industrial plant equipment and heavy-duty vehicles.
• Ability to lead maintenance activities across multiple locations.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance activities across multiple ready mix plant locations to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operations.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical issues on plant equipment and systems.
• Coordinate preventative maintenance schedules and prioritize repairs to minimize downtime.
• Perform maintenance and repair work on ready mix concrete trucks as needed.
• Partner with plant and operations teams to drive equipment reliability, safety compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
