Formación

• Undergraduate degree in engineering or related field.
• 8+ years in engineering or maintenance in a food manufacturing environment; 1+ year in management.

• Lead engineering and maintenance teams to ensure plant operation and productivity.
• Oversee preventive/predictive maintenance to maximize asset life and reduce downtime.
• Manage capital projects from planning through budgeting and execution.
