Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking a seasoned Plant Manager to lead the Warren operation, a $44 million annual sales business with ~118 associates. This senior site leader owns safety, compliance and plant performance, driving manufacturing, labor relations, quality, delivery, cost and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities include establishing an operating rhythm, strengthening leadership and partnering with union representatives to meet strategic objectives and customer needs.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a manufacturing site with union relations.
• Strong focus on Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and Growth (SQDCG).
• Proven ability to lead multi‑functional teams and implement daily management routines.
• Ability to develop and coach senior plant leadership and build bench strength.
• Track record of driving continuous improvement in a regulated, unionized environment.

Responsibilities

• Hold full responsibility for all plant operations including manufacturing, facilities and planning.
• Lead cross‑functional teams and set objectives with execution plans and daily management routines.
• Develop and coach the plant leadership team, strengthening bench talent and succession depth.
• Build a high‑performance culture based on accountability, transparency and a strong say‑do ratio.
• Establish an organizational vision with measurable goals and drive execution.
• Foster a learning culture, challenge the status quo and pursue continuous improvement.
• Align the organization with long‑term strategic objectives and short‑term priorities.
• Build professional labor relations; administer the collective bargaining agreement and partner with HR/Legal.
• Lead grievance handling and dispute resolution; participate in labor‑management meetings and bargaining.
• Drive SQDCG performance: safety, quality, delivery, cost, and growth; manage budgets and investments.
• Own operational and financial outcomes for ~$44M annual sales; manage cash, spending and capital.
• Collaborate with divisions and cross‑functional teams to ensure customer success.
• Lead continuous improvement via GEMBA, kaizen events and frontline coaching.
• Synchronize demand and supply with commercial partners; optimize lead times and service levels.
