You will drive Lean and continuous improvement, manage budgets, and ensure regulatory compliance while mentoring future leaders and delivering value across the plant.

Formación

• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 7–10+ years in manufacturing operations.
• 3–5 years in plant leadership or multi‑department management.
• Significant experience with Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement.

• Oversee multi-line manufacturing operations and ensure performance.
• Develop multi-year operational strategies aligned with objectives.
