The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor, coach managers, and build an engaged workforce while supporting Lean methods and continuous improvement in people processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 8–12+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership roles.
• Ability to influence leaders and operate credibly at all levels.
• Strong business acumen aligning people strategies to operational outcomes.
• Knowledge of employee relations, employment law, and HR best practices.

Responsibilities
