Qualifications

• 10+ years experience in Plant Manager role in cement or lime processing.
• Proven plant leadership/management responsibility.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Natural Sciences, Business Administration or related field.
• Strong knowledge of cement manufacturing processes: crushing, grinding, pyroprocessing.
• Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations.
• Ability to lead, coach and develop teams.
