Job summary

Responsibilities include monthly close, budgeting, KPI tracking, SAP system stewardship, and continuous improvement of costing methods.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Accounting or Business Administration preferred, CPA/CMA desirable.
• 5–10 years as plant controller or cost manager in manufacturing, staff management.
• High proficiency in Excel; SAP experience required; IFS desirable.
• US-GAAP knowledge strongly preferred.
• Leadership as part of a cross-functional plant management team.

Responsibilities

• Lead plant finance team and serve as trusted advisor to site leadership.
• Oversee general ledger, cost accounting, and manufacturing variance analysis.
• Manage capital projects budgeting and cost control processes.
• Perform month-end close and year-end closing activities.
• Maintain plant fixed assets and depreciation records under GAAP.
• Coordinate with corporate finance and ensure timely reporting.
