Job summary

Jabil's Richardson, TX facility is seeking a Senior Facilities / Maintenance Technician to perform preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical equipment. You will ensure reliable operation across HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems, supporting production lines and facility infrastructure.

The role requires at least 2 years in HVAC, sheet metal, refrigeration gases, and related systems, plus HVAC certification or electrical license.

Qualifications

High school diploma required.
Minimum 2 years in HVAC, electrical, sheet metal, ductwork, and refrigeration gases.
HVAC certification or electrical license required.

Responsibilities

Install and maintain HVAC, refrigeration, compressor/vacuum, plumbing and electrical systems.
Repair and replace valves, motors, controls, switches, wiring, pumps, and related components.
Troubleshoot mechanical equipment and monitor the air handling system.
Perform preventative maintenance tasks and support equipment moves.
Assist line configuration and equipment moves with Industrial Engineering.
Respond to Facilities-related requests and work safely per EH&S standards.
