Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily activities of Facilities Support team members.
• Oversee moderately complex maintenance on building and facility equipment, fixtures, and systems.
• Develop, motivate and challenge team members to perform to their potential.
• Ensure materials are requested timely and costs are managed.
• Ensure team is trained, certified, and performing assigned functions.
• Maintain maintenance records for each equipment, and update prints when changes occur.
• Troubleshoot and inspect to determine required maintenance work.
• Act as liaison for Facilities Department with internal customers and vendors.
• Follow safety rules and company security procedures.
