Job summary

Resonac Powdered Metals America in Greensburg, IN is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to keep presses, furnaces, conveyors, and robotics running at peak performance. You will troubleshoot 480V motor/drive systems, diagnose PLCs, and service hydraulic/pneumatic systems within a fast-paced, safety-first environment.

With 5+ years of hands-on manufacturing maintenance and a Journeyman certification, you’ll read schematics, weld when needed, and participate in ongoing safety and process

Qualifications

• Journeyman certification or equivalent industrial maintenance background.
• 5+ years of hands-on manufacturing maintenance experience.
• Strong electrical diagnostics; PLC familiarity preferred.
• Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Available for any shift with overtime as needed (12-hour day and night shifts available).

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair 480V motor/drive systems, PLC and control circuits
• Service and diagnose hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• Execute preventive and predictive maintenance routines
• Repair and sustain automated production equipment: presses, furnaces, conveyors, and robots
• Read/interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation
• Perform welding and fabrication when required
• Contribute to safety improvements and continuous improvement efforts
• Respond promptly to unplanned downtime

Physical demands

Compensation

• Base pay: $38.00-$40.00 per hour
• Night premium: +$3.00/hour (night shift only)
• Sign-on bonus: $3,000 after 180 days
• Paid time off: 3 weeks of vacation after a 90-day probationary period
