Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Execute repairs, troubleshooting, and routine upkeep for facility infrastructure and machinery.
• Support production teams to help maintain consistent and seamless operational flow.
• Keep the maintenance workspace tidy and systematically arranged.
• Oversee production and auxiliary systems, including mold configuration and documentation of service tasks.
• Analyze mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical schematics while diagnosing PLC-based systems.
• Manage high and low voltage electrical tasks while strictly adhering to NFPA 70 and OSHA safety protocols.
• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance cycles on building systems and production hardware to improve long-term equipment reliability.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to boost overall productivity and reduce equipment downtime.
• Inspect robotics and machinery to verify they are operating safely and at peak performance levels.
• Provide support during the installation and configuration of new automation, robotics, and specialized equipment.
• Manage the spare parts inventory and alert the Maintenance Manager when stock levels require replenishment.
• Apply fundamental knowledge of electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic principles to interpret technical documentation.
• Verify that all hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical safety mechanisms meet OSHA and industry compliance standards.
• Maintain a clean work environment in accordance with internal facility guidelines.

Employment Status: Direct Hire

Pay Range: $47,800 - $56,000 annually

Schedule: Onsite, 40 hours per week
