Diageo's Plainfield Plant seeks an Engineering Projects Manager to lead plant capital projects and a 5-year asset care strategy. You will guide three Controls Engineers and collaborate with Operations, Quality, Safety, Finance and Procurement to improve reliability and cost efficiency.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, cross-functional coordination, and delivering projects on time and within budget in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

10 years minimum project engineering/management or similar experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple work streams while delivering to target dates.

Responsibilities

Lead development, execution, and delivery of plant capital projects.
Ensure compliance with project execution guidelines across operations.
Provide technical leadership in project management and problem solving.
Support training and mentoring for maintenance and engineering teams.
Verify projects meet Safety, Quality, Environment and Food Safety requirements.
