Qualifications

• 10 years minimum project engineering/management or similar experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple work streams while delivering to target dates.
• Microsoft Office suite literate (MS Project a plus).
• Knowledge of Microsoft operating systems.
• Strong leadership and management background.
• Strong background in Allen Bradley ladder logic programming.

Responsibilities

• Lead project budgets and objectives with standardized PM practices.
• Communicate project status and metrics to stakeholders across the business.
• Lead reliability projects across packaging lines and processing areas.
• Support Production Leads and maintenance coordinators with technical guidance.
• Identify training gaps and mentor maintenance teams for continuous improvement.
• Verify projects meet Safety, Quality, Environment and Food Safety requirements.
