Job summary

Leoforce in Sioux City, IA is seeking an experienced Plant Engineering & Maintenance Manager to lead engineering, maintenance, and equipment reliability at our manufacturing facility. This role requires a strong track record in manufacturing engineering and maintenance leadership.

This leadership position oversees capital projects, drives continuous improvement, and partners with Production to reduce downtime and boost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Engineering or business degree required.
• 10+ years of progressive manufacturing engineering/maintenance experience.
• Experience leading engineering/maintenance teams in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of equipment reliability and CMMS.
• Budget management and cost-improvement experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily Engineering and Maintenance operations with six direct reports.
• Drive equipment reliability via preventive/predictive maintenance and CMMS.
• Oversee capital projects from planning to commissioning.
• Partner with Production to reduce downtime and improve efficiency.
• Manage budgets and plant utility costs.
• Lead Lean Six Sigma and data-driven problem solving.
• Establish KPIs for availability and maintenance costs.
• Ensure safety, environmental, GMP standards.
