The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering with 8+ years of relevant experience and at least 2 years in team leadership or project leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of relevant engineering experience.
• 2+ years of team leadership or project leadership experience.
• Food manufacturing experience.
• Change management experience.
• Strong leadership, organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Advanced technical skills in mechanical/electrical fields (e.g. PLCs, instrumentation).
• Knowledge of maintenance systems, work order processes, preventive/predictive maintenance, TPM.

Responsibilities

• Oversee capital projects from concept to completion.
• Schedule all project elements to minimize disruption, on time and on budget while maintaining safety and food safety standards.
• Develop and implement cutting-edge maintenance systems for peak plant performance.
• Drive preventive and predictive maintenance, TPM and related strategies.
• Lead the maintenance team and delegate tasks while enforcing policies.
• Provide short-term fixes and long-term solutions to daily operational challenges.
