• Two years of supervisory experience in a related environment.
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead and provide direction to Plant Engineering supervisors and direct reports.
• Implement a Reliability Framework and Asset Management System to improve safety and productivity.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, supply chain, EHS, HR and operations to boost efficiency.
• Oversee capital planning and maintenance activities for the Nevada plant.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
