Senior level may waives degree requirements for VP or above.

Responsibilities

Diagnose equipment and system issues; support startup/shutdown activities and corrective actions.
Perform root cause analysis to improve reliability and reduce recurrence.
Monitor plant operating data to identify performance gaps and improvement opportunities.
Support reliability and condition monitoring programs (e.g., vibration analysis, thermography, oil analysis, controls diagnostics).
Maintain configuration control and technical documentation; manage changes.
Coordinate capital projects with vendors, contractors, and internal teams.
Support regulatory compliance (e.g., NERC, pressure systems) and audit readiness.
Provide data-driven insights to improve plant performance.
