Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering required.
• 5–10 years of engineering and project management experience in industrial manufacturing or related environments.
• PE license preferred; PMP certification preferred.
• Experience with AutoCAD, CMMS, and project management software.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead capital and maintenance-related engineering projects from concept through completion.
• Develop project scopes, budgets, schedules, equipment specifications, and technical documentation.
• Coordinate internal resources, contractors, vendors, and consultants for project execution.
• Provide mechanical and structural engineering support for plant equipment and building modifications.
• Support reliability improvements, preventative maintenance optimization, and asset management.
