Job summary

J.M. Huber Corporation is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead the plant maintenance function, oversee preventive and predictive maintenance, and manage budgets and contractors.

This role focuses on safety, reliability, and efficiency of equipment and facilities within a high-demand industrial setting. The candidate will develop maintenance strategies, supervise the team, plan activities around production, and ensure compliance with MSHA and other regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree in Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years in industrial maintenance.
• At least 5 years of supervisory or management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Maintenance Planner, Technicians, and contractors.
• Ensure safe, reliable, and productive operation of equipment and facilities.
• Develop and manage preventive/predictive maintenance programs.
• Plan, prioritize, and coordinate maintenance around production needs.
• Oversee budgets, contractors, and inventories; ensure regulatory compliance.
