The role emphasizes developing maintenance strategies, overseeing preventive and predictive programs, budgeting, regulatory compliance, and capital projects to improve reliability and reduce downtime.

Formación

• Minimum of 10 years of industrial maintenance experience.
• At least 5 years of supervisory or management experience.
• Knowledge of MSHA regulations and industrial safety practices.
• Experience with preventive/predictive maintenance programs.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach, and develop the Maintenance Planner, Maintenance Technicians, and contractors.
• Ensure plant equipment, machinery, and facilities are maintained in a safe, reliable, and productive condition.
• Develop and maintain preventive and predictive maintenance programs to improve equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
• Plan, prioritize, and coordinate maintenance activities around production requirements.
• Promote a strong safety culture and ensure maintenance activities comply with company policies and MSHA requirements.
• Develop and manage maintenance operating and capital budgets, including monitoring costs and identifying improvement opportunities.
• Maintain equipment histories, maintenance records, and documentation required for compliance.
• Oversee critical spare parts, inventory strategy, vendors, and contractor performance.
