Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of industrial mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and control systems.
• Experience with preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• MSHA regulations and industrial safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Maintenance Planner, Technicians, and contractors.
• Develop and manage preventive/predictive maintenance programs.
• Plan, prioritize, and coordinate maintenance around production needs.
• Develop maintenance budgets and manage capital projects.

Education

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or related field
