Qualifications

• 5 years’ experience in food or manufacturing.
• Must be able to communicate and work collaboratively within the plant and across facilities.
• Needs general knowledge of AutoCAD including drawing, dimensioning and updating when equipment is installed or moved.
• Proficient in using Outlook and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Works with plant management and VP of Engineering to execute technical strategies for Safety, Compliance, Quality, Profitable Growth and Cost.
• Develops and leads plant technical strategies and budgets for multi-year capital investments.
• Promotes safety as a culture and integrates safety into all technical and operations activities.
• Leads engineering and maintenance projects to achieve key performance goals.
• Ensures facilities’ structures and infrastructures meet operational needs including electrical, mechanical, boiler and refrigeration systems.
