Job summary

Perdue Farms is seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager to lead the adoption and execution of a comprehensive CI model across operations. You will partner with functional management to identify opportunities, solve problems, and implement sustainable improvements that drive measurable results.

The role emphasizes coaching site leaders, delivering Lean/Six Sigma training, and guiding MOS implementation while maintaining safety and quality standards across the plant.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work experience required.
• 7–10 years in Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence or Operations.
• Strong knowledge of LEAN, RCA, DMAIC, Six Sigma, TQM and SPC.
• Travel about 25% to support CI initiatives.
• Excellent leadership, communication and problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with operations and management to identify opportunities using systematic problem solving.
• Lead CI projects with plan development, tracking and coaching site leaders.
• Deliver CI training programs (LEAN, Belt) to raise team capability.
• Develop and implement MOS and KPI tracking, standard work, and daily process controls.
• Organize stakeholder meetings and report progress and deviations.
