Job summary

Perdue Foods is seeking a Complex Technical Site Manager to drive operational excellence across the site. You will lead maintenance excellence, reduce downtime, and champion asset performance while strengthening safety, loss prevention, and regulatory compliance.

Collaboration with operations, engineering, and training teams is essential to develop technical talent and execute capital projects. You will oversee preventive and predictive maintenance, guide capital projects, and foster a culture

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Solid understanding of maintenance management systems and processes, preventative and predictive maintenance, manufacturing technologies and standard software applications.
• Strong communication, math, organizational and analytical skills.
• CMRP, Six Sigma, Lean Certifications Preferred.

Responsibilities

• Continuously drive process improvements and department efficiencies.
• Develop and deploy maintenance and store improvement programs to enhance plant and equipment performance.
• Manage maintenance staff including hiring, training and development.
