Responsibilities

Lead capital projects from concept to completion.
Schedule and manage project elements to minimize plant disruption, on time and on budget.
Develop and implement maintenance systems to achieve peak performance (Preventive & Predictive, TPM).
Drive maintenance strategies to maximize task completion with minimal downtime.
Lead and develop the maintenance team, assign tasks and enforce policies.
Provide short-term fixes and long-term solutions for operational challenges.
Track KPIs to measure maintenance effectiveness and continuous improvement.
