• Strong leadership, planning, teamwork, and adaptability.
• Advanced mechanical/electrical skills (PLCs, instrumentation, mech eng).
• Knowledge of maintenance systems, work orders, preventive/predictive maintenance, TPM.
• Ability to interpret exposure monitoring results.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Clear written and verbal communication; strong presentation skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.

• Oversee capital projects from concept to completion.
• Schedule all project elements to minimize downtime and stay on time and budget.
• Develop and implement cutting-edge maintenance systems for peak performance.
• Drive Preventive and Predictive Maintenance, TPM, and related strategies.
• Manage the maintenance team, delegate tasks, and enforce policies.
• Provide short-term fixes and long-term solutions for operational issues.
• Develop and track KPIs to measure maintenance success.
