Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field; 5+ years in manufacturing.
• 2+ years in leadership roles including team development.
• PLC and ammonia refrigeration experience is required.
• Food manufacturing background preferred (meat/kiln floor experience a plus).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CMMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee capital project development and post-approval management to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Collaborate with Plant Engineer on scheduling and execution, ensuring safety, food safety, and environmental standards.
• Lead Maintenance with TPM, preventive/predictive maintenance, and optimization of systems.
• Optimize resource scheduling to maximize output, reduce downtime, and increase plant capacity.
• Lead maintenance team with clear tasks, responsibilities, and policy enforcement.
• Champions plant safety through training and continuous monitoring.
• Develop and maintain KPIs to track maintenance performance and OEE.
• Foster a positive employee experience through leadership and coaching.
