Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field with 8+ years of relevant experience.
• 2+ years of team management or project leadership.
• Strong leadership, planning, teamwork, analytical reasoning and adaptability.
• Advanced technical skills in mechanical/electrical fields; able to lead large manufacturing efforts.
• Thorough knowledge of maintenance systems, work orders, preventive/predictive maintenance, TPM.

Responsibilities

• Own capital projects from concept to completion and manage all elements for minimal disruption.
• Develop and implement maintenance systems, including Preventive and Predictive Maintenance, TPM, and related strategies.
• Lead maintenance staff, delegate tasks, enforce safety policies and ensure compliance.
• Provide short- and long-term solutions to operational challenges and equipment failures.
• Develop and track KPIs to measure maintenance effectiveness and plant performance.
• Provide leadership and flexibility to cover for absent personnel and maintain operations.
