Job summary

Manpower Group (USA) is seeking a Sr. Plant Engineer for a leading food manufacturing client in Cromwell, Kentucky. You will provide technical leadership to ensure plant operations run efficiently and reliably, working with cross-functional teams to optimize processes.

The role emphasizes OEE-based improvements, capital project leadership, and a proactive safety culture. Willingness to travel and relocation support are available.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in food manufacturing or related industry.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience managing capital budgets and executing technical strategies.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to travel to vendors, seminars, and other plants.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership to ensure plant ops run efficiently and reliably.
• Guide initiatives that maximize equipment uptime using OEE principles.
• Collaborate with Operations, Maintenance and cross-functional teams to solve technical challenges.
• Develop and lead plant-specific engineering and maintenance projects to meet KPIs.
• Manage site capital investment strategies and multi-year capital planning.
