Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of engineering experience and 2+ years of leadership experience.
• Strong project management and contract administration skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of construction scheduling and engineering codes.
• Able to travel up to 50%.
• Multi-million-dollar project experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale engineering and capital projects from concept through completion.
• Develop engineering designs, specifications, budgets, and cost estimates.
• Conduct feasibility studies and engineering reviews.
• Coordinate plant personnel, contractors, vendors, and consultants.
• Manage schedules, contracts, bid packages, and project documentation.
• Review field work, validate installations, and prepare as-built drawings.
• Monitor budgets, project status, and compliance with engineering standards.
