Argenta is seeking a Senior Plant Engineer at our Shawnee, KS facility to develop and implement manufacturing process solutions. You will lead projects, guide peers, and collaborate with Production, Quality, and Maintenance to enhance process reliability and adherence to cGMP requirements.

The role requires deep engineering expertise, strong collaboration across departments, and a focus on continuous improvement in a regulated manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a cGMP manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations.
• Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline.
• Pharmaceutical background preferred, sterile manufacturing experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead process improvement projects and support equipment reliability.
• Manage capital projects and track budgets.
• Coordinate with teams to transfer process knowledge.
• Ensure engineering activities meet cGMP, regulatory, safety and environmental standards.
• Participate in risk analyses for qualifications and validations.
• Support equipment life-cycle from design to installation to ensure compliance.
