Job summary

Qualifications

• Good written and verbal English communication.
• Demonstrated ability to read/interpret/follow instructions in SOPs and manuals.
• Demonstrated technical ability as measured by troubleshooting skills.
• Must read and interpret production documentation.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate packaging line equipment (bottle in-feed, filler, capper, labeler, etc.).
• Maintain production documentation (SAP, MES, EBRs) and record yield.
• Inspect components and finished products for quality compliance.
• Palletize finished and interim products and handle materials.
• Perform routine cleaning and preventive maintenance.
• Assist with training to build team-focused culture.
• Meet production schedules and approve team output.
• Train on SOPs and safety procedures (cGMP, OSHA).
• Overtime as required by production demands.
