VoltaGrid LLC is seeking a Plant Engineer to lead the technical, operational, reliability, and safety performance of a designated power generation site in San Antonio, TX. As the on-site engineering authority, you will oversee plant operations, troubleshoot issues, conduct root‑cause analyses, and drive corrective actions to maximize uptime and asset life.
You will coordinate with customers, plant personnel, and cross‑functional teams, ensure regulatory compliance, and promote a strong safety
Qualificações
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field is preferred.
- 5+ years in power generation, industrial ops, or plant engineering.
- Strong understanding of power systems, equipment, controls, and safety.
Responsabilidades
- Provide technical leadership for plant operations, equipment, and processes.
- Monitor performance; respond to interruptions and anomalies.
- Lead troubleshooting and coordinate corrective actions safely.
- Conduct root-cause analyses for disruptions and incidents.
- Develop action plans, incident reports, and reliability improvements.
- Promote a strong safety culture and regulatory compliance.
