McCormick & Company, Incorporated is seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager III at the Dallas Plant in Irving, Texas. You will lead the Journey to Excellence (JTE) program and drive high-performance systems to deliver significant yield and efficiency gains.

Responsibilities include coaching leadership, developing annual plans, and driving a culture change to build employee capability and engagement across the site through TPM and OE methodologies.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in manufacturing operations with CI/TPM focus.
• Mastery of TPM, Change Management and OE systems.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Journey to Excellence (JTE) strategy and Masterplan for the site.
• Coach leadership teams and drive problem-solving using TPM and OE methods.
• Develop OGSM, CCI plans and Employee Engagement initiatives.
