Job summary

Honda seeks a seasoned leader to head the Factory Accounting team, ensuring IFRS/US GAAP compliance and accurate forecasting for the North America factories. You will guide plant management with financial insights and consolidate monthly results across the unit.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in accounting and prior leadership experience, with strong budgeting, cost control, and communication skills to influence senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of accounting experience, Honda experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP applicable to manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead Factory Group Leads and communicate direction clearly.
• Oversee collection and consolidation of factory results and budgets.
• Mentor associates to develop future leaders and maintain SOX compliance.
• Advise plant and senior leadership on financial performance and cost control.
